Recurring jobs: objectives or flows on a cron, webhook, email or file trigger.

Scheduling#

From /workflows wrap any objective or flow with a cron expression (workspace timezone) or one of the trigger kinds. The scheduler is exactly-once with a 60s catch-up window after restarts.

Common patterns#

  • Daily 8am: morning digest of yesterday's runs to Slack.
  • Every Monday 9am: weekly KPI report to leadership.
  • On webhook: ingest a Stripe event and route it to billing-bot.
  • On inbound email: triage to support agent, draft reply, queue for approval.
