Common errors and how to fix them.
"no model key configured"#
Go to /credentials and add an Anthropic or OpenAI key. Without one, no agent can run.
A run is stuck on "queued"#
The worker may be saturated. Check /status — if the queue depth is climbing, contact support. Otherwise wait ~30 seconds and refresh.
Tool fired without an approval prompt#
The tool's risk level is set below your autonomy threshold. Open /governance and raise the risk classification, or tighten the agent's autonomy rules.
OAuth keeps redirecting#
Usually a third-party cookie / pop-up blocker. Allow pop-ups for this site and try again. If it still fails, copy the error in the URL and email support.
