Setup#

  1. Upload the employee handbook to /knowledge.
  2. Install hr_helpdesk and it_helpdesk agents.
  3. Connect Slack; add a slash command trigger (/ask).

Flow#

/ask in any Slack channel routes to the right agent based on intent. Answers come with handbook citations. Out-of-scope questions fall through to a human.
