Setup#
- Upload the employee handbook to /knowledge.
- Install
hr_helpdeskandit_helpdeskagents. - Connect Slack; add a slash command trigger (
/ask).
Flow#
/ask in any Slack channel routes to the right agent based on intent. Answers come with handbook citations. Out-of-scope questions fall through to a human.
