Setup#
- Install
sdr_agentandsales_leadfrom the marketplace. - Connect Gmail / Outlook + your CRM (HubSpot or Pipedrive) in credentials.
- Add an inbound webhook trigger from your form provider (Typeform, HubSpot forms, etc.).
- Set autonomy: research = auto, send_email = approval.
What happens#
- Form submission fires the trigger → creates a lead.
sdr_agentenriches via web search + your knowledge base.- Drafts a 3-email sequence personalized to the prospect.
- Each send queues an approval (skip the queue by tightening autonomy later).
- Replies are routed back to the agent; meeting links auto-booked into your calendar.
What to watch#
Track reply rate and meetings-booked on the agent's KPI tab. After a week of approvals, promote safe templates to auto-send.
